The Master’s in Entrepreneurial Project Management, Digital and Strategic Management (PN-SD) at ESMEP is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, designed to train experts over two years who are capable of combining social inclusion and citizen support to drive the digital transformation of a company or create their own startup.

Salary
The average annual salary upon graduation from the Master’s in Entrepreneurial Project Management and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) is €28,000.
Students entering the first year of a Master’s programme are required to successfully complete all skills blocks, while those entering directly into the second year may be exempted from certain skills blocks.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s in Entrepreneurial Project Management, Digital Products and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) at ESMEP is a Level 7 RNCP-recognised programme that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to launch products quickly using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to test the market.
Develop skills to create a financing plan, select an appropriate legal structure, and manage human resources.
Learn to identify untapped markets to avoid direct competition.
Conduct tests and interviews, and create Personas and empathy maps.
Design wireframes and functional prototypes to visualise the interface before development.
Facilitate co-creation workshops to generate innovative solutions.
Apply creative techniques to achieve rapid user growth.
Implement strategic monitoring to anticipate competitor moves.
Master frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to manage production cycles.
Draft precise functional and technical specifications.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
1,500 hours over 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.
750 hours over 1 year for students holding a BAC+4, BAC+5, or equivalent.
350 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 6 to 9 months for students entering Master 1.
450 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 9 to 15 months for students entering Master 2.
INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY:
Master 1 (M1): Annual training hours.
Master 2 (M2): Minimum annual training hours: 910 hours.

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites:
The Master’s in Entrepreneurial Management of Digital Projects and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) at ESMEP is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the 2nd year of the Master’s, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or have received a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on application review and, if necessary, an interview.

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 5: Conduct studies and draft reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
