The Bachelor in Innovation Management (IM) at ESMEP is a qualification registered with the RNCP, Level 6, designed to train hybrid profiles capable of bridging creative vision, technical feasibility, and commercial strategy.
This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of managers responsible for change management, who seek collaborators that are creative, passionate, curious, and motivated.
The ESMEP IM Bachelor prepares students to be highly operational from their first professional experience or to continue their studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, Masterclasses, and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

Programme Objectives
The Bachelor in Innovation Management (IM) at ESMEP is a state-recognised Level 6 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to place the user at the centre of the innovation process.
Know how to manage projects iteratively (Scrum, Kanban).
Move quickly from concept to a testable version to validate hypotheses.
Know how to create or transform business models (such as shifting from product sales to subscription).
Analyse trends, competitors, and emerging needs.
Learn to launch a disruptive product on the market, which differs from traditional marketing.
Anticipate the impact of AI, blockchain, or data on industries.
Support companies in their transition to new digital tools.
Guide teams to accept and adopt innovations.
Develop an entrepreneurial mindset within an existing organisation.
Know how to pitch a project to investors or senior management.
Duration :
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme possible from the 3rd year onwards.

Prerequisites:
The Bachelor in Innovation Management (IM) at ESMEP is open to holders of a French baccalaureate and, at the third-year level, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on the evaluation of the application file and, if required, an interview.

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questionnaires (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation within the company / Professional management thesis

Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PowerPoint formats), case studies and/or audio and video resources, and any exercises to be completed during the programme

Admission Deadlines
Registration for the September 2026 intake takes place from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
Registration for the January 2027 deferred intake continues until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programs can be initiated:
By the employer,
At the initiative of the employee with their agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian,
Work-study option available from the 3rd year.
After completing the registration form, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the program requires prerequisites, we will then propose—regardless of the funding method you plan to use—a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
