Presentation

The Bachelor Year 3 programme is composed of two parts:

The Bachelor Year 1 and Year 2 pathway (first and second years of study after the Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification) spans two years of common core curriculum, thereby preparing students for entry into Bachelor Year 3.
The Bachelor Year 3 pathway, which takes place over one year, offers the opportunity to prepare for and obtain the Level 6 title.

Students entering the first or second year of the Bachelor programme must achieve a final average mark of at least 10/20 to progress to the next year, while those entering directly into the third year may be exempted from certain skills blocks.

To obtain the Level 6 certified title, students must submit all their deliverables in compliance and meet the following criteria:

  • Achieve at least 10/20 in continuous assessments.

  • Obtain a minimum mark of 12/20 in the national examination.

  • Complete a major oral presentation with a mark of 12/20 or higher.

  • Validate at least 60% of the competencies required per block.

This programme offers the possibility to validate one or more skills blocks.

This programme may allow exemption from certain skills blocks and/or recognition of prior learning depending on the qualifications/professional titles/certifications obtained and your professional experience. See the reference framework (clickable link on “reference framework”: click here).

FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor has a professional purpose and therefore leads directly to employment. Students may also progress to Master 1 and Master 2 or to Bac+4 and Bac+5 programmes in Human Resources, or in Human Resources and CSR.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

With a Bachelor in Human Resources (HR), you will learn to:

  • Understand labour relations

  • Manage personnel

  • Align workforce management with the company’s strategy

  • Perform budgetary control

  • Manage a team

  • Manage projects related to business management

DURATION

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 1,750 hours of training over 3 years for students holding a BAC or equivalent

  • 1,250 hours of training over 2 years for students with a BAC+1 level or equivalent

  • 750 hours of training over 1 year for students with a BAC+2 level or equivalent

  • 350 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 6 to 9 months for students entering Bachelor 1, 2, and 3

INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY PROGRAMME

  • The internship is optional during the first 2 years of the Bachelor programme

  • 300 hours are mandatory in the 3rd year of the Bachelor programme

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

ACCESS DEADLINES
  • Registrations for the intake of 23 September 2024 will continue until 16 September 2024.
  • Registrations for the intake of 09 January 2025 will continue until 02 January 2025.
Modalities

Access to our programmes can be initiated in three ways:

  • By the employer

  • By the employee, with their consent

  • By a student or their legal guardian

After completing the online admission form on our website, our training centre undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a file review followed by an interview (in-person or via videoconference). A placement test will be scheduled once your application has been accepted.

Prix de la formation en alternance : 10 000 € TTC par an, pris en charge par l’OPCO (opérateur de compétences) et l’entreprise avec laquelle est signé le contrat d’alternance.

Prix de la formation en initiale : 6 500 € TTC par an.

Frais d’inscription pour les formations en initiale : 1 000 € TTC.

Les apprenants en alternance seront exempts de tout paiement de frais.
