The Master’s in Human Resources and the Digitalisation of Operations (HR) at ESMEP is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, designed to train executives and experts over two years to define and implement an organisation’s HR strategy and to align HR policies with the company’s overall objectives.

Salary

The average annual salary upon graduation from the Master’s in Human Resources Management is €28,000.

Students entering the first year of a Master’s programme are required to successfully complete all skills blocks, while those entering directly into the second year may be exempted from certain skills blocks.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master’s in Human Resources and Digitalisation of Operations (RH) at ESMEP is a Level 7 State-recognised programme designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate HR policies that support the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives.

  • Master Workforce Planning and Skills Management to anticipate necessary changes in staffing, competencies, and organisational structure.

  • Have comprehensive knowledge of employment law (individual and collective relations) and social obligations to ensure legal compliance and minimise litigation risks.

  • Master administrative tools and processes (payroll, social declarations, HRIS) and drive organisational performance.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, internal mobility, and exit processes.

  • Identify occupational risk factors and implement initiatives to improve quality of work life (QWL), health, and workplace safety.

  • Conduct social negotiations, manage relations with employee representatives, and prevent conflicts.

  • Change Management: Support the organisation through transformations by managing human and social impacts effectively.

DURATION

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 1,500 hours over 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.

  • 750 hours over 1 year for students holding a BAC+4, BAC+5, or equivalent.

  • 350 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 6 to 9 months for students entering Master 1.

  • 450 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 9 to 15 months for students entering Master 2.

INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY:

  • Master 1 (M1): Annual training hours.

  • Master 2 (M2): Minimum annual training hours: 910 hours.

RECRUITMENT LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites:

The Master’s in Human Resources and Digitalisation of Operations (RH) at ESMEP is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the 2nd year of the Master’s, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or have received a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on application review and, if necessary, an interview.

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025

  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December

Access to our programmes can be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • By the employee with their consent,

  • By a student or their legal guardian

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.

Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support

  • Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI

  • Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop its functional specifications and technical requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and draft reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
