The Master’s in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESMEP is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, designed to train senior executives over two years at the intersection of operational performance and technological transformation, capable of managing the entire value chain (or Supply Chain) of an organisation—from strategic sourcing to final distribution—by integrating the digital tools of tomorrow.

Salary
The average annual salary upon graduation from the Master’s in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes is €28,000.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESMEP is a Level 7 RNCP-recognised programme that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain to identify optimisation levers across all flows, from production to the last mile.
Gain the skills to define and implement procurement strategies, including supplier portfolio segmentation and risk management (geopolitical risks, shortages, price fluctuations).
Learn to integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability considerations into procurement and logistics practices.
Develop a cost-reduction approach that goes beyond purchase price, taking into account the total lifecycle costs of products and services.
Master Information Systems and tools applied to procurement and logistics, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data analysis tools.
Understand and apply continuous improvement and Lean methodologies to enhance the performance of logistics processes.
Master advanced negotiation techniques with international suppliers and draft/manage complex procurement contracts while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
1,500 hours over 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.
750 hours over 1 year for students holding a BAC+4, BAC+5, or equivalent.
350 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 6 to 9 months for students entering Master 1.
450 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 9 to 15 months for students entering Master 2.
INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY:
Master 1 (M1): Annual training hours.
Master 2 (M2): Minimum annual training hours: 910 hours.

Prerequisites:
The Master’s in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESMEP is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the 2nd year of the Master’s, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or have received a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on application review and, if necessary, an interview.

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
