Salary
The average annual salary upon graduation from the Master’s in Project and Innovation Management is €28,000.
Students entering the first year of a Master’s programme are required to successfully complete all skills blocks, while those entering directly into the second year may be exempted from certain skills blocks.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s in Project Management and Innovation (MPI) at ESMEP is a Level 7 RNCP-recognised programme that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to navigate between the V-model and Agile methodologies to adapt to the pace of innovation.
Utilise software tools for monitoring and reporting.
Master competitive intelligence and technological watch to identify emerging trends.
Apply user-centred approaches to design products or services that meet real needs.
Understand how to protect innovations and manage legal aspects.
Learn to coordinate diverse profiles (engineers, designers, marketers) effectively.
Know how to “sell” a project internally to management or externally to investors.
Support employees through organisational transformations linked to new technologies.
Evaluate project profitability, manage an R&D budget, and identify sources of funding.
Be capable of drafting a robust business plan for a new activity or start-up.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
1,500 hours over 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.
750 hours over 1 year for students holding a BAC+4, BAC+5, or equivalent.
350 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 6 to 9 months for students entering Master 1.
450 hours of asynchronous e-learning over 9 to 15 months for students entering Master 2.
INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY:
Master 1 (M1): Annual training hours.
Master 2 (M2): Minimum annual training hours: 910 hours.

Bachelor’s degree / Undergraduate degree and Bac+4
Prerequisites:
The Master’s in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) at ESMEP is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification. For entry directly into the second year of the Master’s, candidates must have completed Master 1 or hold an exemption granted by the certifying authority.
Admission is based on a review of the application and, where applicable, an interview.

Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December
Modalities
Access to our programmes can be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their consent,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 5: Conduct studies and draft reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
